MVDC project is an administrative building for the development center of Mahindra & Mahindra, Chennai. The building is an RCC structure with a dynamic facade of Glass and ACP. The design idea was to superimpose crisscrossing of roads onto its facade to make it appear like a dynamic race track. Currently, it's one of our ongoing projects in the Covid pandemic of 2021.
Our client wanted a different look than all their existing office buildings across India. The form of this building emerged after studying their site. Where the building is located around an active race track.
