This landmark project was done for the Baldota Group. Meant to be their corporate headquarters; to dealing with their international clientele they wanted this project to be of international standards. Every aspect of the project was given a clear thought & superb details made this project a great success. The basic structure was a partially finished old building with an outdated facade which we modernized to project a polished corporate image.
Every aspect of the project right from the compound wall, paving, landscape design to site development flows into a homogeneous corporate atmosphere & transcends into harmoniously designed office spaces. The project was full of different challenges like remote location, extreme heat & clients' strict adherence to Vastu norms which were successfully tackled. Scope of Works: Principal Design Architecture, Site Development, Interior design, Landscape Design Concept & layout.
