Emerson Export Engineering Centre (EEEC2) project was completed from vacant land to building in 12 months during Covid in 2020. The building was a 1.2 lakh sq. ft. Basement + Ground + 3 Floors. With future provision for additional 3 Floors in future. It has a 5-meter deep basement, constructed just 2 feet away from the existing building.
The EEEC2 was the biggest workplace constructed in Nasik, Ambad MIDC in 2020. It was a Corporate Building and assembly line to produce and program servers exported across the world. The building had an innovative Glass and ACP facade design.
